Highly polished covering to resist the attacks of fabric conditioning chemicals and solvents. It enjoys extreme wear and tear resistance and can be doctored. This cover enjoys high water repellence, Suitable for Felt Roll and Dryer Felt Roll.

ASH-MATE

This soft rubber cover has vibrant properties satisfying the sizing applications of a paper machine. This cover enjoys good chemical resistance and is resistant to elevated sizing material temperature.

The basic characteristic of this cover is to prevent the wire slippage and enhance the life of wire. The cover is resistant to attacks of mild wire chemicals. This cover is used in Fourdnier Couch Roll, Forward Drive Roll and Breast roll.

This is a rock hard cover with outstanding abrasion resistance. This cover fulfills the sheet release property and enjoys good repellence. This can be easily doctored and enjoys resistance to press part chemicals. This cover is usually used in Centre Press rolls and Top Press Rolls.

Very soft, non adhesive rubber cover for Couch Rolls and Lump Breaker Rolls. It has got excellent wear and chemical resistance property. It breaks the lumps to form uniform pulp.

ASH SOFTEX LB

It is a soft elastomeric compound that Lump breaking rolls need to continuously release fiber from their surface. It's low but uniform pressure smoothens and dewaters the paper as it leaves the fabric, providing the desired finish. It is resistant to most paper making chemicals. Most suitable for Lump Breaker Rolls application.

ASH-KOTE

This cover has superior marking and crack resistance to withstand wad impact and sheet raps, while maintaining superior resistance to provide long runs. It also exhibits excellent chemical resistance to paper making machine. Most suitable for Backing rolls application.
